Paper Balls-Tutorial

You probably know how to make these already. There are about a million tutorials out there on how to make these. Just in case you haven't seen one I will do a little tutorial on here. I learned how to make these paper balls about two years ago. They were pretty easy and fun to make. I just love how they look when everything is put together.

Supplies:
-Paper
-circle hole punch/cutter
-glue/tape

First you start out by choosing paper you can use a bunch of different papers or make the ball from just one paper. Cut about 20 circles all the same size for one ball. I should have counted when I was making mine but I didn't. I think around 20 circles will be enough. Take one of the circles with the decorative side facing up and fold one side over a little bit. Look below...

Next you are going to fold the other side over to make a point where the two corners meet.

Last you are going to fold the bottom up. It makes a triangle when all the sides are folded.

You want to try to make sure all the folds are about the same size (mine are not perfect).

You are going to do this to all the circles that you cut. Once you have one done you can use it as a template and place it on top of the other circles and just fold. It makes it really easy.

Once all the circles are folded you are going to start putting it together. Start by putting five of the circles together. I just used a tape roller. When five of the circles are together it is going to make a little "hat". Look below...

You are going to make three "hats". Put two of the hats together on one side.

Then connect the third "hat".

Now you are going to form the ball. Connect the other "hats" to form a ball shape. It will not be the complete ball yet. Just try to create the shape right now then we will fill in the spaces later.

Now all you have to do is fill in the spaces. Then you are done!
